What is the process ?
You begin by explaining who you are and who you want to reach. You can do this by typing directly into the chat or by uploading a CSV file that includes your prospects' names, websites, and the value you want to offer them. Next, you upload a short video of yourself, speaking with energy, clarity, and looking at the camera. This video is used to create your AI avatar. From there, Convind takes care of everything. It analyzes your offer and your prospects to generate a personalized video message that looks and sounds like you
How does pricing work?
Convind starts with a free plan that lets you create one personalized video to experience the full impact. From there, you can upgrade to a Pro plan based on credits. You choose the number of credits you need, depending on how many videos you want to generate. For larger sales teams and enterprises, a custom plan is available with full integration into your workflow and pricing tailored to your scale.
What do I do with the video once it’s created?
Once your personalized video is ready, you can export it in MP4 or GIF format, or simply copy a link to share it directly. You can use it in cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or any outbound channel. Avoid including it in your very first cold email to reduce the risk of spam — it’s better to wait for a first reply or for the prospect to agree to receive a video. On LinkedIn, you can send it as a first message, even if it works best when you have the agreement of your prospect.
